Finnish members of motorcycle gangs are believed to be involved in drug crime in Estonia
Finnish members of motorcycle gangs are believed to be involved in drug crime in Estonia. Police in Tallinn say that they have found evidence of drugs and linkages to organised crime in motorcycle gang clubhouses in the city.
Tallinn police commander Elmar Vaher would not directly comment on the nationality of the suspects. However, he says that the local police have worked closely with Finnish police on the matter.
Vaher was in Helsinki on Thursday taking part in a conference of police chiefs of European capital cities. One of the topics of the conference was a call for closer cooperation among European police organisations.
Vaher said that two or three motorcycle gangs are operating in Estonia, and that officials are monitoring their activities closely.
The Finnish Bandidos MC gang has allegedly extended its operations to Estonia, organising contacts with the Tallinn-based mercenaries MC.
Vaher is not saying how many motorcycle gang members are under investigation, or the number of cases. He says that there is evidence of their involvement in drug crime and other aspects of organised crime.
Cooperation between Finnish and Estonian police was described as positive.
“Our cooperation with the Finns works as well as that between the police in Tallinn and Pärnu, for instance”, he explains.
There are several liaisons that help in the passage of information between the Tallinn and Helsinki police on the movements of suspects, for instance.
“It is important for us to get information on the way that local criminal groups operate.”
“In this way we can interrogate more efficiently, and to evaluate when someone is trying to deceive us”, Vaher says.

i thought walmart only sold lindows too, but i was in a couple of weeks ago and saw some generic box running windows...
anyway congratulations on finding Mac :) mac is like finding nirvana at the end of several nasty past-lives... those PC's are just a bad dream anymore, and even if you get a hardware problem Apple will be happy to take care of you :)

camera stabilizer would be awesome... im on a cheap budget..
If you're on a budget then look into a DIY stabilizer. Google or check out the DIY section of DVXUser for advice/instructions. It shouldn't be too hard to get something decent to control such a small camera.

I sell original adapters over 2 years, hope these suggestions can help you find the right adapters.
First, some words I use.

Setting my computer to never sleep didn't fix it. I'm not really interested in using another program. TM should work. I'm a little stubborn and once I get something stuck in my craw I just want it to work, but on top of that, I actually LIKE the way TM works (when it works).
It seems like I can consistently get a backup to run right after a reboot but it will inevitably fail after that first backup runs. I've reformatted the drive with no fix other than generating an extremely long initial backup. I've got two drives for offsite rotation and the error occurs with both. The drives weren't bought at the same time and aren't out of the same batch (in fact one is a WD Black and the other is a WD Green) so I'm not thinking its a disk issue.
My computer is less than 90 days old. Should I call Apple?

so i remote in via logmein and use it that way. Im ok for a cd drive as i dont really need anything which uses a cd apart from installing the OS

I like the fact that it could remain online all the time and draw ~12 watts on standby and less than 40 when 4 drives were up and spinning. It's got a load of ports on the back so plugging in external usb/esata drives and sharing them was a piece of piss.
If you feel you have plenty of drives already and maybe only want a small proportion of your storage protected against hardware failure, have a look at it's 2 bay little brother. QNAP TS219. Does all the same just less internal disks.

This is not true. the ICE works with several after-market brands like Sony, Kenwood, Alpine, etc. If you had one of these in your car, and got a new one, you would merely have to move the radio to the new car.

It probably is a little more complicated than just swapping out the cable, I bet the controller unit on the ICE-Link is programmed specifically for the car's factory head unit. Maybe the Monster one will be a little more flexible.

The beauty of painting the iBook, in my opinion, though, is that since you can take off the shell and make it clear, you can paint the inside of it, therefore making it impossible to scratch off or damage any painting you do. I mean, the Vaio looks awesome and all, but you'd have to be darn careful with it. The down side is that you have to paint it like a mirror image, though, and you also have to paint the picture with the top layers first, which makes it kind of complicated.
But I mean, an iBook is an iBook... a Vaio... well, that's just a PC. :p

I jailbreak my iPod 2 gen 4.2.1 with greenpois0n and it won't install cydia because it's not enough disk space and I restore and it say have 6.5 gb how can I get all 8 gb back and will iOS 4.1 work on greenpois0n if so can someone let me now... Thank

AppZapper, AppCleaner, CleanApp, TrashMe, and similar apps do not do a thorough job of removing all files/folders related to deleted apps. I tested several of these, using Skype as the app to be removed. Of 17 items to be removed:
AppZapper missed 13 items
AppCleaner missed 11 items
AppDelete missed 8 items
Hazel missed 9 items
I also tested AppTrap, CleanMyMac and a few others, but don't recall how many items they missed. All left files/folders behind. In most cases, they remove .plist files and a few others, but leave behind much larger files and folders. (you will find a discussion of these tests in the thread linked below)
One app that I would not recommend, based on the number of complaints that have been posted in this forum and elsewhere, is CleanMyMac. As an example: CleanMyMac cleaned too much (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=709930)

There is no such thing as a Zip or a Jaz drive that comes native with Firewire, or USB 2.0. (theoretically, someone may have put an IDE drive into a Firewire box, but I don't know if the drivers would support that.)
The iomega Zip is a flexible vinyl disk cartridge, and came in two versions, 100 Mb and 250 Mb. Althought the 250 can read and write 100 Mb cartridges it is deadly slow doing so. Zip drives came in Internal and External SCSI-1, external parallel (PC) interface, internal ATA and IDE (the early ATA internals are not Mac compatible) and external USB-1. External Zip drives only have one interface -- Either SCSI OR USB, not both.
The iomega Jaz is a hard-platter disk cartridge and came in two versions, a 1 Gb and a 2 Gb. Most Jaz drives are external, and have a SCSI-2 connector (high density) I have never seen a USB Jaz. Zip and Jaz are completely incompatible with each other.
The SyQuest EZFlyer 3.5" hard-platter cartridge drive (135 Mb and 230 Mb versions) are completely different from the Zip and Jaz, as are the SyQuest 5.25" 44, 88 and 200 Mb drive, the first 3.5" SyQuest (200 Mb?) and the SyJet 1.5 Gb drive - There was one other SyQuest product - Shark? Sharq? 1 Gb - which was only ever released in a PC version as far as I remember.
The imation 120 Mb Superfloppy is incompatible with Zip, it used special 3.5" floppy disks but could also read 1.44 3.5" floppies - most of the time.
The Castlewood Orb drive was a hard disk cartridge drive similar to the Jaz and SyJet which the blank media was never available for, and it died an ignominious death.

The SyQuest EZFlyer 3.5" hard-platter cartridge drive (135 Mb and 230 Mb versions) are completely different from the Zip and Jaz, as are the SyQuest 5.25" 44, 88 and 200 Mb drive, the first 3.5" SyQuest (200 Mb?) and the SyJet 1.5 Gb drive - There was one other SyQuest product - Shark? Sharq? 1 Gb - which was only ever released in a PC version as far as I remember.
The imation 120 Mb Superfloppy is incompatible with Zip, it used special 3.5" floppy disks but could also read 1.44 3.5" floppies - most of the time.
The Castlewood Orb drive was a hard disk cartridge drive similar to the Jaz and SyJet which the blank media was never available for, and it died an ignominious death.

(thanks for pointing that out though) I can downsize it and sacrifice its quality to fit the attachments but I can't replace the current one with it - it won't look right.
You could attach a smaller image for the comp. and also have the larger image because it's so bloody good!!

Do you think that's early enough?
I honestly have no idea. I don't know what to expect at all. I was thinking I might go around 7-8 AM, but maybe 10ish will be fine?

Thanks for all the help. I downloaded the iStat program and found that the highest temp is around 40 to 50 degree C. I thought that's not normal and worry that it will hurt the inside components.
I will try to put my macbook with more load and see if the temp goes up even higher. I am surprise macbook has such high temp as I never experienced this type of heat when using other brands of laptop! :(
40-50C is nothing, honestly.
Most likely you never bothered to measure the temps of your other laptops. You'd be surprised...
You now have a GPU/CPU combo in one die, as well as turbo automatically over clocking cores as well. Both will tend to yield higher temps.
