Nia_Baby87 Asked: How do u handle ur self when ur going through a breakup???


It's real simple, I focus on myself. Sometime's during a relationship we tend to give too much of ourselves in hopes of receiving the same treatment in return. I have noticed through personal experience and from what my girls have been through, we often prioritize our relationships that we lose sight of ourselves along the way. So to directly answer your question Nia, sounds hella silly but love yourselfMy whole thang is, you have to learn to fully love yourself before you can love someone else. 


When we feel sad, we almost always feel victimized; then we look to blame the other person/other people for the way we are feeling. Use your last relationship as a learning experience, and move forward from it. I always say to myself, don't stress over the things you can't control, control the things you stress over. It definitely is easier said than done post-break up, but you have to realize YOU have full control of how YOU feel. Take back that reign and turn all the energy you spend on being upset into something positive, something beneficial to YOU.
