It was an unbelievable starry evening full of glamour and glitter when hot real-life couples like Saif-Kareena, Abhi-Ash and Amitabh-Jaya walked hand-in-hand and beamed as they grabbed in awards. Talking about the awards ceremony held at Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt Hotel on Sunday for the leading men’s magazine ‘GQ’, the event witnessed

“Saif has won GQ Man of the year and I think he truly deserves it,” said Kareena, to which Saif replied, “For me at the moment Kareena is my Man of the Year.”
On her award, Kareena said, “Being called Woman of the year is a lot different from receiving a film award. It’s a great honor.”
Amitabh Bachchan, who was there with his family, wife, bahu, son and daughter and who received the Lifetime Achievement award said, “Well, now I’ll have to make more space to fit in yet another award.”

They appeared together in ‘Omkara’ and ‘Tashan’, but this time the Saifeena couple has created stirs even before their flick ‘Kurbaan’ hits the screen. This Rensil D’Silva’s directed movie set for release on November 27 is based on terrorism. Saif Ali Khan and Om Puri play the roles of terrorists and Bebo will play Saif’s love interest.
The film is more in news because of the hot love making scene between Saif and Kareena. Even the first look of the film unveiled by Dharma Productions shows the couple with a bare back scene. In a recent interview Kareena stated that the movie was very special to her and the script required the scene. So, she had no hesitation shooting it.

As Ranbir Kapoor turns 27, he has double reasons to celebrate as his birthday week will also see his much-awaited film ‘Wake Up Sid’ hit the screens. However, Ranbir does not believe in partying hard for his B’day and he intends to keep the celebration very quiet and subtle.
Elaborating on his birthday plans, Ranbir said, “I will be having a quiet dinner with my parents. My sister Riddhima and my brother-in-law Bharat are traveling this year. I’m a shy guy and I normally like having an intimate celebration rather than something ostentatious.”
He adds, “I’m not one of those guys for surprise parties. I feel awkward. I have no idea what Deepika has planned for me. I haven’t seen her for a few days because I have been in Bhopal and she was in Mumbai. However, I hope it isn’t too big a surprise because even she knows how reserved I am.”
Of course, he does not forget to mention his forthcoming release and says, “The best gift I can ask for this year is that everyone goes to see my film. I don’t know how to hardsell myself or my film but I can surely request people to see it.”

The Bong beauties of Bollywood, Kajol and Rani Mukherjee, celebrated Durga Puja at Balkanji Bari in Santa Cruz West on Thursday. The Puja was organized by the North Bombay Sarbhajanin Durga Puja Charitable Trust and the set was designed by Amit Pal and was graced by a 13-feet tall Durga idol.
The celebrations also included the veteran actress Moushumi Chatterjee who said, “This isn’t just a Mukherjee’s puja for celebrities. It’s for the working class. We do our utmost to bring all communities together. I request the new generation to be humble and inclusive of all.”
Debu Mukherjee, secretary of the trust added, “This puja is a gharelu (domestic) puja. Kajol and Rani grew up here. So we don’t think they are celebrities. It’s like a house party for them.”

Hells Angels support club known as the Jesters has opened a new clubhouse in the 10600-block of Scott Road in Surrey, and another group with links to the Angels -- the Shadow motorcycle club -- took over a Whalley clubhouse off King George Highway earlier this year that had been run briefly by the Outcasts puppet club. Police have seen other biker clubs started in recent months in Ashcroft, Fort St. John, Campbell River and 100 Mile House, most of whom have made appearances at events with the Hells Angels.
"This is also a phenomenon we are seeing across Canada," Insp. Gary Shinkaruk, of the RCMP's Outlaw Motorcycle Gang unit, said Wednesday. "There are more of these support puppet clubs springing up right everywhere, even in the Maritimes."Police say puppet clubs are being used as a survival tool by the Hells Angels after a series of recent convictions of high-profile members and the growth of violent rival mid-level drug gangs such as the United Nations and Red Scorpions. The puppet gangs -- so-called because the Hells Angels are thought to pull their strings -- create a much larger network that HA members can use criminally, while insulating themselves from law enforcement. Just this summer, as the Haney chapter of the Hells Angels celebrated its anniversary, police saw bikers wearing a three-piece patch for the fledgling "Devil's Army" motorcycle club. Shinkaruk said the Devil's Army is headed by long-time Hells Angel associate Ricky Alexander, 54.The patch shows the puppet club as operating out of Campbell River, although Alexander is a Lower Mainland resident who owns an acreage in Mission and condos in Burnaby and Pitt Meadows. "They came out of the Haney (Hells Angels) clubhouse sporting those colours. That certainly indicates they have the approval," Shinkaruk said. "It is certainly my belief that they are going to be subservient to Haney and at their beck and call." Even the prettiest of angels looked down in jealousy as Deepika romanced with satin and frill in a vintage black-and-white gown in the hazy hues of the ramp.

Cassidy and Knight were found guilty by a jury earlier this week.Knight was also found guilty of going armed in public with a claw hammer, and of a breach of a suspended sentence for not answering questions of the Australian Crime Commission.Cassidy was given a non-parole period of 15 months, and Knight was given 20 months.
Justice Riley said the attack "was of a kind which causes disquiet in the community".
Cassidy, Knight and four other men attacked two brothers after Cassidy was knocked out in a fight started over a "fat" joke at Cassidy's expense.

The producers of the film ‘Whats Your Rashee?’ have sent Priyanka Chopra’s name for the Guinness Book of World Records as with this film she will be the first actress to portray twelve different roles in a film. The film will see her paired with Harman Baweja with whom she had once been romantically involved and with whom her film ‘Love Story 2050’ had bombed at the box office.
What this film does to her career only time can tell but the girl is leaving no stones unturned for the promotion of the film. She was there at the Toronto Film Festival 2009 in Canada to promote her upcoming movie. She looked stunning and very sexy in her black strapless dress which took no efforts in hiding her curves. On her Twitter page, Priyanka Chopra said being in Toronto made her nostalgic because that’s where she shot her first film.

Arizona jury labeled the Hells Angels a criminal street gang when they convicted a gang member in an assault case at a Scottsdale bar.
A Maricopa County Superior Court jury handed down the precedent-setting verdict in the trial of Nathaniel Sample, 32.Sample was convicted of aggravated assault and of acting for the benefit of a criminal street gang.
Trouble broke out when members of the Hells Angels support group AK81 and immigrant youths arrived at the courthouse on Nytorv in Copenhagen.
“Café tables and chairs were thrown but no-one was seriously injured and we have not arrested anyone,” the Duty Police Officer tells Ritzau.Friends of those on trial also threatened journalists sent to cover the trial, but a police operation prevented the situation developing.According to an eyewitness, a group of some eight young immigrant youths were waiting in front of the courthouse when five aggressive and vociferous bikers rounded the corner.“The biker-types went straight onto the attack at the group in front of the courthouse with a baseball bat, chairs and tables – but the youths counterattacked,” Ritzau quotes the witness as saying.After a short battle, both groups are reported to have run off.Inside the courthouse, the first major case in the Copenhagen gang war had come to trial.Two young gang members are accused of shooting at a Hells Angels-related clothing and tattooist business in Nørrebro last September. The young men shot through the window of the shop from a scooter, grazing the manager’s neck.
Full-patch member of the Nanaimo Hells Angels, will go on trial in January in B.C. Supreme Court on charges of assault, kidnapping, extortion and uttering threats.

Latest Bollywood News - Kalki Koechin to appear in ‘Shaitaan’
The beautiful and sexy Kalki Koechin who debuted with ‘Dev D’ did not create much sparks with her first flick. However, this has not in any way undermined her confidence. She will be starring in Juhi Babbar’s ex-hubby Bejoy Nambiar’s directorial debut which will be a thriller titled ‘Shaitaan’.
The film, to be produced under Getaway Productions, is slated to go on floors in December. Earlier, Bejoy had planned to make this project in English for Ashok Amritraj and Hyde Park Entertainment in Los Angeles. But as the production did not happen, he decided to redo the script in Hindi for Bollywood.
The film revolves around a kidnapping and stars Nikhil Chinappa, Shiv Pandit, Arjun Mathur, Namit Das and newbie Keerti Kulhari besides Kalki. It will be shot entirely in Mumbai.
Kalki has also appeared on the cover of popular men’s magazine ‘The Man’ with her revealing act as a sexy washer woman. The mag has the girl turning an agony aunt giving her ten commandments to guys that can help them to woo girls. She says, “On your girlfriend, expect to be kicked in the balls and expect all her friends to treat you like shit.”
Kalki also talks of her love life and says, “It was very tough at first. You discover each other’s annoying habits. Anurag does this weird thing of scratching his throat and making noises when he wakes up. It used to make me feel sick. Then he had this habit of leaving behind used tea cups, food plates, and newspapers all over the floor. When he shaved, he would leave all his hair all over the sink. It was disgusting. Sometimes I still have to tell him to put the toilet seat up before he pees. He has those dirty men habits. At times he wouldn’t bathe for two days. He has changed most of it now.”
So guys! Watch out for Kalki is back into action once again.

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is not on ‘Twitter’ or ‘Facebook’
A few days back it came out that Katrina Kaif wrote on Twitter that Salman is quite lazy. Now, it has been revealed that it is not Kaif in real but someone else who has been impersonating her.
Katrina Kaif, who is shooting in Bhopal at present, expresses her annoyance saying, “Something has to be done to stop this sort of vandalism. I am not on Twitter or any other social networking website. I plan to start my own website by the end of the year.”
“I don’t think it’s cool to let people know where I am, or what I’m doing throughout the day. I’m not on any of the social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. I guess my life is not an open Facebook,” she adds with disgust.
Katrina plans to start her website called ‘katrinakaifofficial.com’ to keep in touch with her fans and intends that other websites using her pictures and quotes without proper consent would have to face legal consequences.
About her website, she says, “I don’t want this to be something I start and then leave to others to take care of. Of course, there will be professional employed to oversee my website. But I’ll picking and choosing all the material and pictures that go into it.”
“My website will be comprehensive. It will have my exclusive pictures. In fact I’ll be doing photo sessions done specially by me. It will also have pictures taken by me on my sets and on location. My website will be fun, feisty, bubbly and colorful, to go with my image,” she adds.
